It may be the newest food truck to roll into the area, but founder Godwin Ihentuge is no stranger to the Detroit food scene. Serving West-African and New Orleans inspired dishes like suya shrimp and grits, jollof rice, West African burgers, and Caribbean jerk chicken and waffles (the jerk chicken just the won Best Presentation at Burger Battle 2017). Comfort food at it’s finest! Mac Shack offers the classic experience we all crave – a creamy sauce blended from 5 cheeses that is pretty much perfect on it’s own.
